Welcome!
We are a fairly loose-knit group of instrument makers living on or near the south coast of Western Australia. We started in mid-2005 by learning from an experienced luthier, and we still get together weekly to continue with the building, and to share ideas & spin yarns.
It's been the best thing for us to be learning and experimenting with making stringed instruments - where one of the purest joys we've all discovered is the sound a first instrument makes when you string it up.
We invite you to stay a while and check out what we've been up to. We've included a links page with all sorts of gear, and many of the makers are represented with their own pages - each page has 'maker statements' that are as unique as the instruments they build.
Thanks for stopping by ... and we hope you enjoy your stay!
